bowling.... not too good
I bowled a horrible 105 for my first game... idk i just couldn't find my marks and missed my spares like crazy! I went on strike for a little while, but then the team forced me to keep bowling. I bowled better the next game with a 161, and finished off great with a 238! It was a funky day of bowling.
Walking home with jermz and mikeV, i spotted a giant ball at the top of the football stands, so jermz went up to retrieve it. We then went to the park and made up a soccer/volleyball sort of game. That was extremely fun, but tiring. Then the ranger game was on! What a game it was... this might was a great game played by the rangers and it's a good thing they came out of the match with a "W". I'm hungry... time to look for food.

Me: Tommy's mom has 3 sons. One son's name is Nickel. The next son's name was Dime. What was the third son's name?
Anagesh: Quarter?
Anagesh: Penny?
Anagesh: Fifteen cents?
Me: Please stop talking... you're torturing me with your stupidity.
Anagesh: What's the answer?
Me: Listen... Tommy's mom has 3 sons. One son's name is Nickel. The next son's name was Dime. What was the third son's name?
Anagesh: ok????
Me: Repeat the first sentence that i said.
Anagesh: Tommy's mom has 3 sons.
Me: Umm... repeat it again.
Anagesh: Tommy's mom has 3 sons.
Me: Say it again.
Anagesh: Tommy's mom has 3 sons.... ooooooohhhhhhhhh i get it.
Me: Yea, it's about time.

Krome - South Amboy, NJ
$12 - Doors at 2:00pm
Lineup:
Glassjaw
American Nothing
Coheed and Cambria
Blood Brothers
Christiansan
Me, MikeV, and Foglio were pumped up for this show for a long time. Once we arrived at the Krome, we saw a line up people waiting to get in outside of the venue. Comparing this to the lines from Roseland and Irving Plaza, it was nothing. In no time we were in the venue and walked around at the merch tables. Glassjaw, Coheed, Christiansan, American Nothing merch... everywhere. I really liked the way everything was set up... the bar and the merch tables and all, but now let's go to the bands:
Christiansan were first... they were some kind of metal/rock kind of band. They weren't all that bad, but the crowd wasn't into them, and neither was I. The lead singer said, "Hey, are you guys awake out there? Well, we're not." I guess they weren't into it either, but they did have some cool merch.
The Blood Brothers were next... what a name! The crowd seemed to move a little more freely with them, since they were a hardcore/metal band fronted by a duet of singers. They were entertaining to watch, and their energy was felt through the venue.... but all of their songs sounded excactly alike. Ehh... i didn't think too much of them, maybe that's cuz Coheed and Cambria were next.
Coheed and Cambria took the stage and set up in very little time, which i like. The lead singer, Claudio, has a lot of hair. They began by playing "Time Consumer" which was an excellent choice to start off. The crowd was really into them and many people sang along with their songs. Next was one of my favorite "Delirium Trigger". This made the crowd go absolutely nuts! The pits were huge and the crowd was jumping up and down non-stop! They performed the song with lots of emotion, and this was the start of the "crowd surfing craze". I hate those people, they kick you in the head, climb on top of people, then jump right on top of you again. Oh well. Coheed ended by playing "Devil in Jersey City" and "Everything Evil". Me and Foglio jumped in the pit for these songs, and Foglio saved my life by catching me before i tumbled onto the floor. Overall, Coheed kicked some major butt and i would definately see them again.
American Nothing were next. They're a hatebreed type of band, and they had a pretty large following of fans. We watched them from afar, and i was greatful we did after watching their set. It was totally sick! Kids walking on top of the crowd, moshing like you couldn't believe, just madness. The singer was definately drugged up on something because he didn't even know the name to his own band, but wutever. If you're a huge metalhead, then this is the band to get hooked on... as for me, they were the source of a huge headache.
Glassjaw Glassjaw Glassjaw!!!! They blew me away. Their strong spots in live performances is when they performed thier intense, heart-pounding songs. Their slow stuff just enwrapped the crowd in a long pause, but they were still awesome. By this time, i was totally exhausted and couldn't stand the people pushing, but i still enjoyed the entire set. Mike, on ther other hand, had a rough time. He got kicked in the face by a stage diver, he got punched in the face in the mosh pit, and he got headbutted from the side from a stupid fan. Poor Mike, but he's a trooper...
It's time for me to go to sleep....

Fun Fun Fun so far for the day of 11/22. This is wut went on...
I drove to jeremy's house to pick him up and packed all the hockey stuff. All of a sudden, Alex came running from the park just to ask if we were playing. Crazy Alex, we told him we were just about to leave and so we took off to Blockbuster. Then Alex brought to my attention that Mickey was driving behind me, and so Alex and Jeremy told me to lose him. So wut did i do... i floored it! I cut the corners, hit the gas, took a left, a right, a left, another left, another left, a right... after a while, we totally lost Mickey. We all had a good laugh... on to the hockey game.
Teams were Me, Mickey, and Chris against Jermz, Barone, and Petryszyn. My team ended up winning 5-1, but the best part was playing in the downpour that hit us. It was pouring! The parking lot was drowning in the rain, there were puddles everywhere! Some personal highlights was when i smacked Barone with my stick, I tripped Jermz and fell on top of him on the soaking concrete, and the big hit i put on Petryszyn where we smacked my helmet into his head. It should rain when we play hockey more often.

Gym soccer was madd today! Me and Anagesh set forth against Wong and Dinapoli and it started off very even. Then i broke loose with 3 goals and the other team fell behind. Wong tried screening anagesh, but he was hot hot hot in the net. Anagesh came out of goal because he wanted to score, so i went in goal. Immediately when i went in net, Kim Williams had a breakaway against me. I dove like a hockey goalie and blocked the ball and punched it out of the zone. We ended up winning the game 4-1
Afterwards i played some hockey... The teams were Me, Mickey, Ulik, and Vivenzio against Montoni, Jermz, Petryszyn, Furino, and Calendriello. Yes, the teams didn't seem very fair, and they really weren't, but the final score ended up with a tie, 4-4. Everyone on my team scored atleast one goal, except for vivenzio. It was a very well played game, goodnight.

Played some high quality hockey today. Teams were Me, Mickey, Ulik, Vivenzio, DeMarco and Montonie against Jermz, Barone, Alex, Steve, Chris, and Furino. I scored the first goal and put on a some hard hits later on. We ended up winning the game 5-2. Then off to the football game we went where the LHS Band performed the half time routine before the game. We played for approximately 8 people who were in the stands. It was comical, and also Mr. Dellosa's anger was comical when he flipped out on Phil and George for being late and Johnson for using the wrong drum sticks was comical too. After the game i drove anagesh, vivenzio, and petryszyn to Bruno's and ate some pizza. Stooge came a little bit later and said the dumbest comments a breathing human being could ever say... also he was yelling extremely loud and got us all kicked out of Brunos. I drove the gang around town searching for something to do. Then I had a brilliant plan, so go to the park near NA and play on the batman ride! Everyone loved it and afterwards we looked at mispelled street signs and funny looking houses. I'm tired...

Ramapo accepted me into their heaven of a college. Thank God!!!! Now i can somewhat relax and sit back for the rest of my senior year. Ramapo is such a freakin nice school, i can't think of any reaosn why someone wouldn't want to go there if they have their planned major. Well, it was "a long day" just like the Dean of the school said, but this still was nothing compared to the 7 hours of standing at the Bright Eyes concert. Nothing shall ever top that, or if something does top that then it will have to be one hell of a struggle. Well... goodnight

I went driving solo for the first time tonight...
I picked up jermz after the football game, dropped barone off at the courts, picked up petryszyn.
We went to Bruno's where it was packed with familiar faces everywhere, but i did get my sweatshirt back from Najemian... finally! We went to Wendy's instead and went through the drive thru window and got the food, but i forgot to get drinks. Petryszyn went into ShopRite and got us some sodas and while we ate our food in the parking lot, we saw some kids breaking a world record. Some kid lined up about 70 carts and then pushed them all 10 meters. It was amazing!
After a while, we just drove around a lot... we followed these 2 cars all around lyndhurst. Also, i picked up george and drove around like crazy. CRAZY....
I'm tired... time for sleep...

Things that happened at Dunkin Donuts yesterday night...
MikeV: I'll have a plain bagel, a donut, and this drink.
Cash Register: PLAIN BAG $0.65
MikeV: Hey! How come you guys charge me for a bag? I'll take my food without the bag please.
DunkinDonutDude: Umm... it says plain "bag"el. You ordered a bagel right?
MikeV: Ohhhhhhhh... i get it now.
RobE: You're the dumbest kid in the world.
MikeV: I can't believe i just asked that question.
RobE: Hey Mike, i'm gonna test out my bartending skills for the play. Check this out.
(Rob slides Mike's drink across the table towards Mike)
(Mike watches as the drink crashes and spills all over the floor)
MikeV: You jerk! Why the hell did you do that!
RobE: You weren't a very good customer. You spilled the drink all over the floor.
MikeV: You threw the (explicit) thing at me!
RobE: That's it... get out of my bar.

RobE: It's a one o'clock day.
MikeV: I know, so what time do we go in?
RobE: Mike, you've been in high school for 3 years and you still don't know what time you have to go to school on a one o'clock day? That's pretty sad.
MikeV: Shush you.
I think Mike's losing his mind as well...
