Day started off terrible... puking, not feeling good, 2 quizzes... but I stuck with it. Then went home and took a long, nice nap. Woke up pretty late and rushed over to LHS where my band was going to perform. We set everything up and then Alfreddo, Ryan, and George's band played first. They were freaking good for a band who just started a few months ago. They received a good amount of applause, and then we took the stage. It took us a while to start, but once we did... the crowd was rockin to Vans Shoes Company. We played our entire 7 song set, and then Unspoken Dreams for the encore where Mike was disgustingly out of tune... but it's all good, you rock Mike! So either we should set up an encore song or never play an encore again.... Still, a very fun day.... now it's time to grab some grub.

Jamming today was cool...
Mike bought a used amp... it's very nice. So we jammed and went over our set list for the movienight. Sounding pretty good... and a lot of fun.
Fun jamming:
Moving George's cymbols so he has to reach just to crash em.
Jumping around to the rocking tunes.
Watching Mike like he has ants in his pants.
Not fun:
Mike smacking me with the mic in the mouth.
The mics deciding they don't want to produce sound during the middle of a song.
All the hardcore yelling... ouch

SKA-TASTIC @ Bloomfield Cafe and Stage
The Superspecs
Tri-State Conspiracy
Face First
Distorted Penguins
Last Picked
Mr. Sparkle
This was a fun fun fun show. Mr. Sparkle kicked it off. It was good to see my buddy Kazu again (the bassist of sparkle), then Last Picked were up. They had some very catchy tunes, but i think too many people wasted their energy on them. If they wouldn't realized how hot it was going to get, maybe they would've stopped. Next... the Distorted Penguins from West Virginia. They rocked the house!
Next were Face First, who had an awesome selection of tshirts. Even though they only played 6 songs, they played my favorites "1984" and "You Skank". They were freaking amazing and i would recommend their stuff to anyone who enjoys ska music or just loves to skank. I was skanking like there was no tomorrow during Face First.
Then the Tri-State Conspiracy were up... i didn't like them.
Finally, The Superspecs! They rocked the hall like they always do. I can never get tired of the superspecs. I really wish they would come out with a new cd with their new stuff on it, but seeing them so many times, i almost have their new stuff memorized. The Superspecs were awesome, besides the lack of movement from the crowd, i think they just got really tired. Then me, foglio, and mike went to get food, and then home. Goodnight

What a genius he is. And it was hilarious when some kid online called him black. That was also great.

State tournament for bowling this morning. We did pretty bad, but it was all in for the fun. Afterwards, some of the team went to kenny's house, but i went to jermz' house to play some Halo and watch the ranger game. After that, played some more halo, then people came over to play poker. Went to BK, then they gambled while i played some racing game on the xbox. That was cool.....

Bowling against Becton... last game of the season. Here's were everyone stood before the last game:
Becton: 79 pts.
Wallington: 80pts. (no games left)
North Arlington: 76 pts
Lyndhurst: 71 pts
Here's the situation: North Arlington will definately win 5 points from the game, so that brings them up to 81 points. That means Becton has to win the match to be champions, but that's where we get in the way. We don't want NA or Becton to be the only champions... we wanted to screw them over and win the match so they would be co-champions. So that's exactly what we did. We won the first game by 77 pins and lost the second by 66. Nice shooting. Co champions to Becton and North Arlington, and to the best 4th place team... GO LYNDHURST! I got an award for having the highest series. That was cool.

School today... normal.
After school today.... normal.
Took a nap from 4 - 5 when Kenny awoke me from dreamland to inform me about bowling. So bowling we went. Livelli dawg was there and we chatted for a lil until Wallington Lanes were able to fix their problems. So me vs kenny in bowling. Handicap? Well I offered a 20 pin handicap, but his overconfidence proved to be very foolish. In the 3 games we bowled against each other, kenny scored 147, 146, and 148. I scored 211, 184, 235. So, yea... pretty much i kicked kenny's ass. Then when i was done, he bowled one more game and got above his average with a 170. That score would've beaten me with the 70 pin handicap i gave him the last game... oh well.
Ranger game.... bad. Homework... none. Future... promising. Sleep... very soon.

Bowling this morning at 10 am. Did pretty good... bowled with Sedlock and Kenny. That was fun. Afterwards, we went to McDonald's, and i was telling Joey and Kenny about what we did on friday night, and when i told them the story about Scardino reading his poem to the waitress, Kenny laughed so hard that he spit up the soda that was in his mouth. It was a really funny sight to see... wacky Kenny. Well, on the way back we decided to follow this Altima car... and we ended up in NA at the dollar store. We went in and i had fun hitting Kenny and Joey with any $1 i could find. They though it was fun until i picked up the hammer and the cutting knife. Well, then we looked around and told Joe to buy this fake flower for his gf for valentine's day, and he did. While he was paying, he wanted to buy this lighter, but the lady wouldn't allow him to. That was pretty funny cuz Joe flipped out and started saying all crazy things. Err... it was all good. Then i went home, watched the awesome NHL Allstar Game, took a nap, digitized the tape for the video, started editing, and now i'm sleepy. ZZZZZzzzz....

Yesterday was hilarious.... A Right To Remember jammed continuously from 3-6, playing all the old, new, and brand new songs. Of course we encountered some technical difficulties with the vocals like we always do, but we just played right over that. We got 3 new songs we're still working on... but now on to the camera. We had Jigga Jigga Joe Dipalma as our photographer. He snapped away with his high tech digital camera, and then he moved on to the camcorder where he shot us playing "vans shoes company". After jamming was over, we took the camera with us which started one funny adventure...
The videotape was rolling, and all of us were singing the words to A Right To Remember's songs... it was awesome! The funniest parts was when we drove around the Shop Rite parking lot and stopped the car just to sing our songs to people putting away their groceries. They gave us the funniest looks! Then we were just about leaving the parking lot, but Foglio spotted another person so he said, "Rob, pull over next to that girl and we'll sing to her." So i did, but once i pulled right next to her, we realized it was Furino's mom!! Oh man, that was soooo funny! Errr, we're such idiots but it's all good. Then Dipalma went home to get some money, and that's when me, vivenz, and george took the opportunity to skank around Dipalma's front yard. Very fun stuff...
Now off on the road again, with the intention to fill our empty stomachs with delicious Pizza Hut breadsticks and pizza. But instead, Foglio commented on how at Sedlock's surprise party, there will be alot of "free food", so why spend money at pizza hut. We listened to him (like the fools we are), picked up Jill, then went over to jewlz' house. And WOW, there was no food there. Interesting, me and dipalma left the hell hole atmosphere, then we got some gasoline for my car. It cost freaking $18 for 12 gallons of gas!!! That's outrageous!! Oh well, then we got word that Sedlock actually went to the fiesta, so it was okay for us to come back. Now if i was to throw a "surprise" party, i wouldn't tell anyone that it was a surprise! Not even the people who i was inviting, and of course not the person who the surprise was for. In this case, everyone would be surprised... heh..
Well, since there was no food, we had to go to Pizza Hut!!! Woohoo! Oh yea, when i went to pick up the gang from the fiesta, we kinda kidnapped Scardino from the party and threw him in the trunk of the car. Mad funny videos of that! Now all 7 us were kinda squished inside of my car that can only fit 4... but still who cares. We went to pizza hut and of course, we brought the camera for the goodies. We orders 15 breadsticks which Jill kept referring them to as "ass", and 2 pizza pies which Scardino said tasted like "cheez-its" Then Scardino made a poem from the activity on the plate-mats. He read his poem to our waitress "maria" and the poem went something like this: "My Mom craves my Dad's hot sausage." Oh man, it was soooo funny!! Maria was totally cool with us for the whole time, and we got all of this on tape too! Hah, then we waved goodbye to Pizza Hut and got back on the road again.
We returned to the house of surprises, and were immediately shushed because they were in the process of reading love poems to sedlock. Hmmm, very wierd party if u asked me. Partying of watching cartoons and reading poems to each other... SOUNDS LIKE FUN! Well, we said our happy birthdays to joe, and then gave him our special pizza slice we saved for him from Pizza Hut. Errr, he didn't eat it... too bad though. It would've been hilarious, yet gross at the same time. The things foglio put on the pizza were just disturbing, and then everyone started shoving crayons into the stuffed crust. Heh, fun stuff. We left the party of poetic tellings without scardino this time, but we did take AJ!!! We went on to the Batman ride in the park and had a blast. Watching us on the batman ride is definately a sight to see. Then George climbed to the top of the highest peak he could find in the park. Then there was this whole quest for George trying to piss while we followed him with the camera. Err, he snuck away from us somehow and snuck in a little pee pee. Then off we went to the town hall park where we said hey to some hoodlums.
Now we returned AJ and George had to go home... but nothing was lost because we picked up Petryszyn. We road on the side streets going 1 mile an hour, Steve was amazed how my car's thermometer said "ice" on it, and then played chicken with parked cars (we lost every time). Then we went to 7-11, people got slurpies and Petryszyn the only person to purchase sunflower seeds. Afterwards we went to ShopRite... oh boy! We walked around with the camera until the security guard "Lenny" told Dipalma to turn it off. So he just said "okay" but kept on filming. We filmed the lobsters, all the different flavors of ice cream, and of course the different types of fruits and vegetables. We were just on the card aisle when assh*le Lenny kicked Dipalma out because of the camera. They went outside then joe said, "Okay, i'm filming now. It's okay cuz i'm outside." Lenny said, "No this is private property, go across the street." Joe said, "Private property? It sure looks public to me." Oh man, it was freaking hilarious! Then Dipalma had many other comments that was all caught on video... woahhhhh. We watched a little portion of the tape while sitting in the parking lot, then drove everyone home. Phew... that was a lot of typing.
